Join The Actors’ Guild for an exclusive free members-only Q&A with casting professional Kitty Williams.
Kitty will share her experience of working in casting across film and television, offering actors a behind-the-scenes look at how projects are cast and what makes performers stand out.
The session will explore the actor/casting relationship, what casting teams look for when discovering talent, how actors can better approach auditions and self-tapes, and how to build a stronger understanding of the professional casting process.
Members will also have the opportunity to ask their own questions during this live Q&A, creating an open conversation around auditions, performance, preparation, and navigating a career in screen acting.
Bio:
Kitty Williams is a casting professional working across film and television. Her credits include casting work on productions such as The Last Light, as well as casting department roles on projects including Black Mirror, Bad Sisters, Say Nothing, Lost Boys & Fairies, Big Mood, and A Small Light.
Kitty has experience working within the casting process across a range of high-profile screen productions, bringing valuable insight into how actors are discovered, assessed, and considered for professional opportunities.
