This interactive session is a unique opportunity to hear how projects are cast, what casting teams are really looking for, and how actors can best position themselves in today’s industry. Poppy will share practical advice, discuss common submission mistakes, and answer your questions live.

Bio:

Poppy is a Scottish casting professional currently working as a freelance assistant for Julia Horan. Poppy has also worked with casting directors Jessica Ronane, Nina Gold, Jina Jay, Fiona Weir and Jim Arnold. She trained on the National Film and Television School's Casting Certificate, as well as at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. She recently cast short film Drowning for Cut+Roll Films, executive produced by Nicholas Pinnock.
