This session offers an inside look at the casting process from a respected industry professional. Olissa will share practical guidance on preparing for auditions and presenting your most authentic self. Olissa will observe everyone's performance, using scripts from projects she has cast such as School for Good and Evil, Ted Lasso and We are who we are and provide feedback.

Bio:

Olissa Rogers is a London-based casting director with over 15 years of experience in the screen industry. She began her casting career in Germany in 2008, primarily working on television series, before moving to the UK in 2016. Since then, she has collaborated with some of the industry's leading casting directors, including Jeremy Zimmermann, Kharmel Cochrane, Theo Park (notably on Ted Lasso), Amy Hubbard, and Fiona Weir. Known for her intuitive eye and collaborative spirit, Olissa brings a deep understanding of both the craft and the mindset actors need to thrive in today’s competitive landscape.
