Bio:

Michael has worked in casting for 20 years. Initially as a freelance casting assistant and then going on to set up Hammond Cox Casting in 2012. Their main focus is commercial work, music videos and short films. Casting 100s of them every year. He also runs the CDG subcommittee for commercials.
