We are delighted to welcome back Amy Jackson who is a freelance Casting Director specialising in Film and TV.

A few days before the workshop Amy will send out a selection of scenes to choose from. Please choose the one that best suits your casting. After an introduction from Amy, she will work through each person's scene individually, having chosen a designated reader to read the other lines. Amy will give some feedback and direction and give the opportunity to read again.

Amy will finish the session with a Q&A. 

Amy Jackson is a freelance Casting Director working across TV and Film. Most recently she worked as Casting Associate at Amy Hubbard Casting, where she co-cast SUSPICION (Apple TV), THE GIRL BEFORE (Ch4 / HBO Max), THE OUTLAWS S2 (BBC/Amazon) and BEST INTERESTS. 

Amy started her casting career in commercials with Sasha Robertson before moving on to freelance with hugely respected Casting Directors, such as Kate Rhodes James, Rachel Freck, Julie Harkin, Jina Jay, Kate Dowd, Gemma Sykes, Rachel Sheridan, amongst others. Her casting associate/assistant credits include, IN MY SKIN (BBC), THE OTHER ONE (BBC), FLACK S2 (Pop and UKTV) TRYING S1 (Apple TV)  Amy prides herself on her ability to connect and work with an understanding of actors, having come from an acting background and family.

Amy is currently working on a BBC comedy series and various films in development.
