We are delighted to welcome back Olivia Brittain, Associate to Jina Jay, for this workshop with The Actors Guild.

In this online workshop, Olivia will send out a selection of sides for you to self-tape 3/4 days before the tape deadline. You will submit one or two takes (your choice) of the scene by a streamable link such as YouTube or Vimeo. 

There will then be a live Zoom session where each self-tape will be shown to the whole class and Olivia will give her feedback live. There will be time at the end for a Q&A.

The deadline for the selftape is 4.00pm on Friday 3rd December, with the live Zoom feedback and Q&A meeting on Monday 7th December, 10.00am-1.00pm.

Olivia Brittain has worked with casting director Jina Jay on film and TV projects for over 8 years, as assistant then associate casting director. During that time she has worked with numerous acclaimed producers and directors. Notable credits include ‘Black Mirror’ and ‘Enola Holmes’ for Netflix, ‘The Night Manager’ and ‘The Little Drummer Girl’ for BBC/AMC, and ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ for LucasFilm. Most recently she has worked as co-casting director on the live-action ‘Halo’ series for Showtime.
