In it you will learn how to:
Even out the rollercoaster of acting (and lockdown) life
Bring your talent - not your baggage - into the room!
Take responsibility for your needs and not give your power away
Self-validate instead of seeking acceptance from the outside
Handle fears including: what others think, feeling not good enough
Build self-love and increase self-esteem
Reduce the Inner Critics hold on your thoughts
The power of letting go and how to do it
Acceptance of reality
Build long term habits for developing and maintaining emotional resilience
Charlotte trained at Mountview and was a professional actor for over fifteen years, performing at the Vaudeville, Apollo and the National Theatre as well as writing and performing her own stand-up comedy. She was also an agent here in the UK and interned with a casting director whilst out in LA giving her a 360-degree view on the industry.
Now an author, speaker and coach, Charlotte uses her expertise in marketing, mindset and lessons from her own journey to help other actors to stay inspired, stand out and to achieve success. She is also the author of Talent isn’t Enough, a guidebook for actors. For more information go to www.charlottethornton.com
