Date: June 9th
Location: online
Time: 10.00
We are delighted to offer this great opportunity to get personal feedback on a self-tape from Eliza Heslop who currently works as Casting Assistant to Kahleen Crawford on a range of TV and Film projects. She also casts projects in her own right, currently working on two short films.
In this online workshop, Eliza will send out prepared scenes for you to self-tape 4 days before the class - we will send your Spotlight CV to Eliza so that she can tailor the scene to suit you. You can submit two takes of the scene by WeTransfer or Vimeo. Eliza will give feedback on your self tape, your Spotlight CV and showreel during a one to one Zoom chat (individual appointment times will be allocated nearer the date on either 11th or 12th June).
There will also be the opportunity to submit 3 questions and get honest answers - questions arising from the self-taping process or regarding Eliza's experiences of the casting process. Eliza will provide written answers to all the questions received from the class, so you will have the opportunity to get answers to questions you may not have thought of. (Please submit 4 questions by email to TAG so that we can pass them on to Eliza and avoid duplications.)
You will each receive your personalised feed back on your takes, Spotlight CV and showreels via Zoom as well as a group “questions answered” document 5 days after the class date.
