In this 3 hour workshop you will learn how to empower yourself, re-affirm faith in yourself and gain the confidence you need to thrive in an over-saturated industry.

I believe if you're not happy where you're at in your career or your life, then something has to change. That something is your state of mind and state of being - this is the focus of this workshop. Three things are fundamental to your success, happiness and fulfilment:

• Your psychological wellbeing

• Your ability to connect authentically and vulnerably with others in all contexts, no matter how pressured you perceive the situation to be

• The extent of your capacity to create and serve

We will cover:

• Creating Impact vs Trying to Impress - Who are you without your story?

• Your worries, doubts and insecurities are a compelling illusion

• Becoming fearless

• What is your body telling you?

• Letting go, opening up, creating the optimum conditions for creativity

• Presence in performance. Presence in life.

Anna Reynolds is a Performance Coach, Speaker and Writer. She originally trained as an actress at the Central School of Speech and Drama. A personal highlight of her acting career was working with Mike Leigh in the film, Happy-Go-Lucky. As a coach she has worked with actors, performers, musicians, directors, producers, entrepreneurs and executives.  She has helped people who are starting out in their career, people who want to raise their profile or perhaps even change direction in their career and people who have a high profile and are well known in their respective field. Her focus is always on state of mind. Your state of mind is what creates results.
