Andy Brierley CDG began work in casting in 2005. He works across a wide range of television and film projects from drama series such as Remember Me, Top Boy, Run and Coming Up to children’s projects including the BAFTA-winning Just William, Wizards vs Aliens and The Sarah Jane Adventures. He has also cast comedies including Mitchell and Webb’s Ambassadors, Give Out Girls, Cockroaches starring Jack Whitehall and 88 Keys starring Tim Minchin. His first feature, Powder Room, opened in cinemas in late 2013.

Prior to setting up his own company, Andy worked as associate to Andy Pryor CDG for five years, working on shows such as Doctor Who, Whitechapel and Torchwood and various Stephen Poliakoff films.

Andy is a graduate of The University of Edinburgh and Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and a member of The Casting Directors’ Guild of Great Britain and Ireland.
