Location: Spotlight, 7 Leicester Place, London, WC2H 7RJ
Time: 18.00 - 21.00

Casting for Screen aims to demystify the process of auditioning for screen, to simplify and build confidence while honing your audition technique for screen auditions.

In this 3-hour practical workshop, actors will have the chance to read specially selected scenes in a mock casting scenario. Prior to the workshop Melissa will send out a selection of scenes for you and she asks you to prepare one as you would for a real casting.  Melissa will provide feedback after your first read and you will have the opportunity to read again. If there is time, there will be a Q&A session at the end.

Please bring 2 copies of your scene with you so that someone else can read in.

Melissa is a freelance Casting Associate. She has previously worked with Nina Gold, Amy Hubbard, Jina Jay and Theo Park on large scale Film and TV projects. She has experience with independent and studio film, TV comedy, fantasy and drama.
