We are delighted to welcome back Doireann Cooke - Casting Assistant at Elaine Grainger Casting for another workshop at TAG. Doireann is currently working on a variety of feature films at the moment.

Prior to the workshop a selection of scenes will be sent out for members to prepare for the workshop.

After a brief intro there will be a Q&A and Doireann will answer any questions about auditioning and the casting process in general. She can offer advice on how to best present yourself in an audition or via a self-tape, and some specific advice for motion capture and Skype auditions.

Each actor will then read their scene, Doireann will then provide feedback, and then run the scene again.
There will be further opportunity for questions at the end if there is time.

After graduating university Doireann worked for the Ann Curtis Agency in Dublin, then made the big move to London to pursue a career in casting. She started working with Amy Hubbard Casting in 2017 where her first project was Hatton Garden. She has worked for Amy Hubbard and now Elaine Grainger on various projects across film, TV and performance capture for video games.
