All participants are asked to bring a short written statement of one Giant Step they would like to make in their career within the next year. Please also bring a pad and pen and prepare yourself for an epiphany!
Rikki's award-winning work includes 'Metrosexuality' for Channel 4, 'Stonewall' for the BBC, 'Noah's Arc' For MTV, and the Sony award-winning 'Roots of Homophobia' for Radio 4. With his company Team Angelica, Rikki has directed 3 feature films in three years, 'KickOff', 'Bashment' and 'FIT'. He has written over 20 plays including 'Shalom Baby', 'Familyman', 'Gutted' and 'TwothousandandSex' and directed 'Riot Act', 'Hashtag Lightie' and 'My Dad's Gap Year.' His latest screenplay ‘His list of mentees includes Bafta/Olivier award winner Noel Clarke, and the new Artistic Director of the Bush Theatre, Lynette Linton.
