Horse Riding for Actors: Terms & Conditions:

In the event that you should be unable to attend this course due to work, illness or an emergency, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• If you cancel by the 15th August 2013 (one month before class) then you will receive a full refund of monies paid.
• If you cancel within one calendar month of the start date of class, then you will only receive a credit note for any monies paid which is redeemable against any future Warwick International School of Riding course. This credit note can be used for any Warwick International School of Riding course and will be valid for 12 calendar months from the date of issue.
• If you cancel 72 working works before the start of the course – or at any point during the course itself – then neither a refund, nor credit note can be given.
• In the event that the course is cancelled by Warwick International School of Riding a full refund will be given.
• Warwick International School of Riding reserves the right, at any time, to ask a student participating in one of our courses to leave – if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, aggressive, dangerous or disruptive. In this instance your class fee will not be refunded.
• Skills4Actors will email you a full Skills4Actors terms and conditions waiver document at a further date. You will be required to read and sign the terms and conditions waiver before attending the course.
• By ticking the check box when making payment through this site members are agreeing to the full Actors’ Guild terms and conditions as well as the additional terms relevant to this course outlined on this page.
