With Tagmin there is no need for dedicated servers in your office, a heavy instruction manual or setup fees. What’s more you can access it on any internet connected device. It’s Mac and PC compatible and available on your desktop, tablet & smartphone.
Tagmin organises workflow into seven categories that all interact with each other: Daybook, Clients, Bookings, Contacts, Mail, Calendar and Accounts.
Your agency can have as many or as few accounts as you require. Each agent manages their list through their own login, whilst being able to leave updates, messages and tasks for other agents or assistants through their account.
Additionally you can offer clients access to their calendar and casting info, as well as the option to be able to update their availability and professional information such as skills. Any changes are then automatically flagged in your daybook for your approval.
Your daybook provides you with an overview of your day ahead.
Tasks, meetings, pending offers, unpaid invoices are all clearly visible and easily accessed.
Your calendar is also available through your Daybook, providing access to both your diary and the dairies for each of your clients, which also contain important information such as availability, first nights, birthdays etc.
Automatically update CVs at the click of a button, record auditions using our integrated Spotlight features and glance through the day’s essential notes, including meetings, client availability, first nights and unpaid invoices in your automatically updated Daybook… and that’s just the beginning!

Until now database systems for agents have either been run as side-line businesses by others in the industry (not all agents want to use systems designed and managed by other agents!), adapted from software built for other industries, or are not UK based – which means ‘in-person’ support is not possible, and online support is only available at certain times of day.
Unlike others we don’t have a minimum order policy, whether you want to order one account or one hundred, it’s fine with us!
You need to know that your account, and the information within it, is not only secure, but also accessible whenever and wherever you need it.
We only use HTTPS secure servers – this means when you log in to your tagmin account you enter a ‘secure session’. This ensures your data is encrypted before it is sent to our servers.
We also run a system of server ‘mirrors’, to ensure that, in the unlikely event a server goes down, one of our duplicate servers will take over automatically to ensure you have access to your tagmin account, with full functionality, 365 days a year.
We run a full-time UK-based support office devoted to our clients.
