In this brand new 4 day workshop TAG actors work with Director Simon Godwin to combine physical theatre, contemporary writing and Shakespeare to uncover a new kind of ease and presence for you as an actor.
This workshop aims to free you from the pressure to "deliver a performance" - and to instead discover a deepened sense of confidence and truth.
The four day structure will allow Simon to give detailed attention to each participant, with the emphasis being on the actor’s craft rather than a single text.
The week will be an exhilarating, playful and enriching journey into the power of expression, spontaneity and shared creation.
Please learn a poem (length does not matter) that you feel passionate about. This will be used midweek.
