Time: 18.30 - 21.30

We are delighted to welcome Casting Director Finnian Tweed who will share his experience in this practical workshop. Finnian works at the BBC casting department.

The workshop will start with an introduction and Q&A.

There will then be an opportunity to get up on your feet and work practically. Finnian asks participants to prepare a contemporary scene where the focus is on your character.  A screen script is preferable but if the piece is originally from a stage script then it should be suitable so that it can be presented ‘as if’ for camera. Finnian will offer feedback and direction. Please be really familiar with your scene and please know the know really well in context of the whole play / screenplay.

Please bring 2 copies of your chosen scene.
