We are delighted to welcome Gordon Cowell - Senior Casting Assistant to Kate Rhodes-James.

In this practical workshop Gordon will work with members on prepared scenes. There will be the opportunity to ask questions and get honest answers - questions arising from the workshop itself or regarding Gordon’s experiences of the casting process.

The second part of the workshop offers the opportunity to get up on your feet and work on a scene in a supportive environment. The scene will be sent out shortly before the workshop - we will send your Spotlight CV to Gordon so that he can tailor the scene for you.

Gordon joined KRJ Casting in June 2016. Prior to that, he was Casting Associate to Jill Green CDG for four and a half years.

Notable Projects (as Senior Casting Assistant at KRJ Casting) include: THE TERROR (Scott Free Productions/AMC); RELLIK (New Pictures/BBC); REQUIEM (New Pictures/BBC/Netflix), LINE OF DUTY IV (World Productions/BBC); THE GOOD KARMA HOSPITAL (Tiger Aspect/ITV); DECLINE AND FALL (Tiger Aspect/Cave Bear/BBC); SHERLOCK IV (Heartwood Films/BBC).

As Casting Associate to Jill Green, Gordon worked on many West End productions, including transfers from the National Theatre, plus National and International Touring productions.
