Casting Director Sue Needleman (CDG) and Agent Mario Renzullo work together to offer insight and advice from both sides of the casting process.

They aim to use this session to take down the barriers - to give an insight into the world of a casting director and agent - and how they work together. You will have the opportunity to ask the questions you have always wanted to ask - and you will receive honest answers! Sue and Mario ask you to bring a copy of your CV and Headshot/s.

Sue is a member of the Casting Directors' Guild and her extensive credits include: JOE ALL ALONE (BBC), YOUNG DRACULA (Series 3 & 4), THE NEW ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD (Warner Brothers), THE DUMPING GROUND (BBC),  BANGED UP ABROAD (8 Series), TRACY BEAKER RETURNS (3 Series), THE BILL (ITV), THE REVENGE FILES OF ALISTAIR FURY (BAFTA Winner), THE GIBLET BOYS, (2 Series / BAFTA Winner), THE QUEEN'S NOSE (7 Series), SPRINGING LENIN (BBC/BFI), AN UNGENTLEMANLY ACT (BAFTA Award), NOW THAT IT'S MORNING (Channel 4) and THE PAPERHOUSE (Working Title/Vestron) amongst many others. Theatre casting includes THE ROYAL COURT and SOUTHWARK PLAYHOUSE.

Mario Renzullo was an original member of the famous Anna Scher Theatre began his acting career at the age of 12 years old with the feature film “Junket 89” in 1970.

He had a very successful career with many lead TV, Stage and Film roles that include: Play for Today, Bugsy Malone, Operation Good Guys, Armchair Theatre, Widows, Jackanory, Play of The Month, Dixon of Dock Green, Love Honour & Obey among others.

He made his West End debut in the Tennessee Williams drama “Red Devil Battery Sign”, and had the privilege to meet the author at the time. Other theatres Mario has appeared at are: The Shaw Theatre, The Churchill Theatre, Salisbury Playhouse, Key Theatre Peterbourgh, Gaiety Ayr, Brewhouse Taunton, Gardner Centre Brighton.

He started Smart Management in 2000.
