This is a workshop for social media novices and regular users a-like with top tips, branding advice and tried and tested methods to get you more work.

We have heard it spouted a million times: it's all about who you know! So expand the pool of people you know and make sure you are making the right first impression!

Samantha Baines is an award-winning actor and comedian and director of Penguin in the Room - which provides Award winning marketing for the arts.
